Unostentatious case of oak veneered on a chipboard base
Size: 34inches high. 14 inches wide, 6.5 inches deep.
Movement:
Ferraris motor powers a remontoire mechanism, metal pendulum rod and brass faced bob.The whole of the mechanism shows the high build quality of a Swiss piece. The Ferraris motor takes a very low current so can be left running or stalled continuously, thus avoiding any contact problems. A dual program wheel is fitted and the pilot dial is advanced by a rotating armature which avoids noise.
Notes:
Of Swiss manufacture, Serial number 822 Type:HMSA 2p2 TAS. Has built in 8.5 inch dial.Clock connects to 220 volt ac which is used for the Ferraris rewind motor. There is an internal power pack to provide low voltage Dc to the main clock section.
