Circular metal, wall mounting.

Dial:

This dial has Baton markings only and is lettered "GPO" just below centre. Dials can be found with various markings, for example marked 1-12 or 13-24 and with lettering such as "Post Office"

Size:

10.5" diameter dial (12" overall diam.).

Movement:

30 second Impulse operated movement

For use with Master clock.
These slave dials were built to a Post Office specification and similar slaves were made by most of the main master clock manufacturers such as Gents, Synchronome, ECS etc..The slave movement varies with the manufacturer but all run on the same 30 second impulse system and with a current of around 300 ma
