Mainly plastic, possibly Bakelite, Chrome plated electric kettle. Stoneware teapot

Size: 7.25 inches high and about 15.25 inches wide. Mechanism:

Model 855, serial 695616. 200-240 volt 50~

Notes:

Kettle is filled in evening and tea put in teapot. Before alarm goes, water in kettle is brought to boil and poured into teapot. All mechanical interlinks no electronics then!
Goblin originated the design of the Teasmade. It was much copied by others.
