Model 792 production from 1954 to 1968

Comment: These clocks used a movement bought in from Westclox. An Extra mechanism was added so that clock would not run unless fed with florins (Two shilling coins in old UK currency). Patent issued in nmaes of Metamec and the "Times savings clock company") issued in 1954. Metamec made the clocks and Times savings sold them to an insurance company. Thus small amounts were put aside for insurance premiums.>
